Edifier X6 True Wireless Bluetooth Earbud FAQ:

Q: My Bluetooth Headphone/Earphone does not show up in my phone/laptop.
A: Your earphone need to enter pairing mode in order to appear in Bluetooth device search: 1. Put both earphones into the case and leave the lid opened 2. Hold the case button for 5 seconds until Earbud LED flashes in Red/Blue alternatively,. 3. Search again in your phone/laptop. 4. Click on it to pair. once paired it will automatic connect next time unless you unpair it.
Q: The person at the other side of the phone can't hear me clearly.
A: Call quality may affected by phone signal as well. You can test the mic quality using the Bluetooth voice recorder apps in your phone.
Q: How do I know my TWS Earphones battery level?
A: Kindly follow the setpes below to check battery level: Charging Case: When plug in charging, the red LED next to the charging port will lit up. when it is full the LED will turn off. When you unplug and open the lid, the charging red LED will blink. Blink 3 times = more than 70%, 2 times = 30%-70%, 1 time = less than 30%. Earbuds: You can check the earbud battery level in your phone notification after connected.
Q: I only can connect one side at a time, can't connect both side simultaneously.
A: Try do a TWS-Pair (Left-Right Pair) to the earbuds: 1. Unpair your earbud from your phone and put both earbuds in the charging case. 2. with the lid open, double tap on the charging case button. 3. Earbud Blue LED will blink rapidly and will stop and enter Pairing mode when done. try to pair with your phone/device again.
