My Bluetooth Headphone/Earphone does not show up in my phone/laptop.

Your earphone need to enter pairing mode in order to appear in bluetooth device search: 1. Put both earphones into the case and leave the lid opened 2. Hold the case button for 5 seconds until it flashes in Green/white alternatively,. 3. Search again in your phone/laptop. 4. Click on it to pair. once paired it will automatic connect next time unless you unpair it.

The person at the other side of the phone can't hear me clearly.

Call quality may affected by phone signal as well. You can test the mic quality using the voice recorder apps in your phone.

How do I know my TWS Earphones battery level?

When plug in charging the red LED will lit up. when it is full the LED will turn off. You can check the earbud battery level in your phone notification after connected. You may also install Edifier Connect apps to check the battery even more detailed.

Q: How do I do a factory reset?

A: Please follow the steps below to do a factory reset: 1. Unpair your earphone from connected device. 2. Put both earbud in the charging case. 3. Hold the charging case button for 8 second. The LED will blink in white and Green first and will blink 6 times in white after successful reset. 4. Try pair with your phone again.
