Q: I have connected the headphone to my computer. But I can't hear any sound in it.
A: Please Check the following:
1. Check if the volume tuner on the headphone is turned up.
2. Check in your computer audio setting, Make sure the output has set to the headphone.
3. Try plus in using another cable or plug in another USB port and see if the port is functioning.
Q: My headphone has sound but my mic isn't working.
A: Please Check if your audio setting input has switched to the headphone. Also check on the Mic LED if it is turned on. It it isn’t you can press the button on the headphone to turn it on.
Q: How do I turn off the LED Lighting?
A: You can press the button on the headphone to change the LED color. Hold the button around 3 second to turn off/on the LED.
Q: Why my LED isn't turned on?
A: The LED requite USB to power it up. If you are using AUX cable to connect to your device you won’t be albe to turn on the LED.
