Q: How do I connect the headphone to my devices?
A: Your Headphone need to enter pairing mode in order to be searched and pair with your device:
1. In turned off status, hold the power button until the LED blink in red and blue alternative.
2. Search in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
3. The headphone will appear in the available bluetooth list. click on it to connect to the headphone.
Q: Does this headphone has microphone?
A: Yes. It has built-in mic. however the mic only works in Bluetooth mode. Can’t use mic when connect using AUX cable.
Q: Bluetooth headphone one side no sound when wireless but works fine when using AUX cable.
A: Issue may caused by the AUX port trigger on the Headphone unit that disabled part of the bluetooth functions. Try insert the AUX connector to AUX port on the Headphone unit few times to disable the trigger.
Q: How do I check the battery level?
A: When charging, the red led indicator will turn on. when full it will turn off. You can check the battery level in Edifier connect apps.
Q: How do I change the sound mode?
A: After connected to your phone. you can launch the Edifier connect mobile apps to change the sound mode. you also can turn off the headphone, disconnect etc from the edifier connect apps.
