Q: My headphone produce no sound after plugged in.
A: Please try below steps for troubleshooting:
1. Check if your headphone volume has turned down to mute.
2. Check in your computer audio settings, make sure it has changed to USB headphone.
3. Try plug in to other USB port and see if it can function.
Q: Can I use this headphone with my mobile phone?
A: USB Headphones are not designed to use with mobile phones. However you still can use OTG adapter to connect usb headphones.
Q: My mic is not functioning.
