Q: How do I pair with my phone/device?
A: Your Headphone need to enter pairing mode in order to pair with devices:
1. In turned off condition, Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until it blinks in Green/White alternatively.
2. Search in your drvice Bluetooth discoveries.
3. Click on the Bluetooth headphone to pair.
4. Once paired it will auto connect the next time when you take it out until you unpair it.
Q: Does this headphone has mic?
A: Yes. it has built in mic. but the mic only can use with Bluetooth mode. You are unable to use mic when plug in AUX cable.
Q: How to check the battery level of the headphone?
A: You can install the Edifier Connect mobile apps to check the battery level after connected.
Q: Can I still use the headphone when it is out of battery?
A: You still can connect the headphone using AUX or TypeC to TypeC cable.
Q: Why my headphone doesn't produce or capture any sound after connected?
A: Please check in your audio setting if the audio output has changed to the Bluetooth headphone. Also check if the input has change to the headphone as well.
