MP260 FAQ

Q: I can't search for to pair the speaker in my Phone.
A: Please make sure that you have switch to Bluetooth mode. You can change the mode by pressing the power button on the speaker. Then try search again in your phone.
Q: I can’t control my Bluetooth speaker volume with my smartphones volume.
A: Disable “absolute volume” from your smartphones to solve this issue 1. Unpair your bluetooth speaker first. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Select “Additional Settings” 4. Select “Developer options” 5. Find and check on the “Disable absolute volume” 6. Restart your phone and try connect again
Q: I connect the speaker to my PC via usb cable. But there is no sound coming out.
A: Please make sure the cale you using is a Data cable. The default cable that comes with the speaker support data transfer. A data cable is required in order to use the built in sound card.
