Q: I plugged in the usb sound card but there is no sound from it.

A: Please check in the audio setting in the notification area. Make sure the output device has set to correct device.

Q: Can I use it with PS4 game console and connect to speakers?

A: Yes. You can plug in to the USB port on the console and connect to any headphone or speakers that support AUX connection. It provide you more audio output options for PS4 that do not have aux audio out.

Q: I plugged in the sound card but it is not responding at all.

A: Please try plug in to other usb port and see if it works. Also try restart your PC and thry connect it again.
