Q: How do I pair the Bluetooth Headphone to my device?
A: Your headphone need to enter pairing mode in order to appear in bluetooth device search:
1. Power off your Bluetooth Earphone
2. Hold the power button for 5 seconds until it flashes in blue/red alternatively.
3. Search again in your phone/laptop.
4. Click on it to pair. once paired it will automatic connect next time unless you unpair it.
Q: I have connected the Headphone to my computer but why it doesn't produce any sound?
A: Please check in your sound setting if the sound output has changed to the Bluetooth headphone. Also check if the volume control on the headphone has turned up.
Q: Why my mic is not functioning?
A: Make sure your sound input in the sound setting has changed to the headphone. Also try press the mic button on the headphone to check if it is muted.
Q: Can I still talk if I don't attach the detachable mic?
A: Yes. There is also a built in mic on the headphone. However you can attach the mic to achieve better call quality.
Q: Can I use this headphone for online meeting?
A: Yes. You can use this headphone for phone call as well as online meeting. However you may need to do some settings in the software to enable the mic. You may refer to respective software manual for setup guides.
