A: Please try the following troubleshoot:
1. Check the inline controller and make sure the mic switch is turned on.
2. Check in your sound settings and make sure the audio input has changed to the USB headphone.
3. You can use voice recorder apps to test if you can record from your headphone. If it can record then you will have to check in your conference soft ware setting to setup the mic.
Q: Can I use this headphone with my mobile phone?
A: USB headphones are not designed to use with mobile phones. However you still can use on-the-go dongle to connect it with your phone.
