A: This Keyboard keys are fixed. Unable to replace with other keyboard.
Q: Can I customize the backlight color of the keys?
A: The color of the backlight are fixed. You can’t customize the color for each keys. However you still can adjust the brightness and turn off the backlit.
Q: Is this mechanical keyboard?
A: K100 is not Mechanical keyboard. It is a membrane keyboard.
Q: Why the keyboard is nor detected/recognized by my computer?
A: Try unplug the usb and plug in to another USB port. You also can try restart your computer or test it with other PC to see if it can works.
Q: Why is the Windows key is not functioning?
A: You may have locked the windows key. Try press fn+ windows key to unlock it.
