Can I use H360GS with my mobile phone?

H360GS uses one USB port only. not suitable for mobile phones. However you still can use on the go usb adapter to use it, but it will lose the 7.1 surround and LED function due to low power.

Why my headphone no sound after plug in to PC?

Please check in you audio settings > output > set to HP H360GS.

My mic not functioning

Check if the mic led is turned on. if it doesn’t try to remove it and plug it back. also make sure that the locking mechanism is secured properly.

My headphone no power at all after plug in to usb port.

Try plug in to other usb port to see if it works.
