Q: I have connected the headphone to my computer. But I can't hear any sound in it.
A: Please Check the following:
1. Check if the volume tuner on the headphone is turned up.
2. Check in your computer audio setting, Make sure the output has set to the headphone.
3. Try plus in using another cable or plug in another USB port and see if the port is functioning.
Q: My headphone has sound but my mic isn't working.
A: Please Check if your audio setting input has switched to the headphone. Also check on the Mic LED if it is turned on. It it isn’t you can press the button on the headphone to turn it on.
Q: Can I use this headphone with Smartphone?
A: You may use the on-the-go dongle to use USB headphone with mobile phones. However, It may lose the surround effect and LED due to low power.
