Q: How do I check the Battery Level?
A: When Charging the charging case LED will turn on. When full the LED will turn off. You can check the earbud battery in the notification area after connected to your phone.
Q: How Do I connect the earbud to my device?
A: Your earphone need to enter pairing mode in order to pair with your devices:
1. Take out the earbud from the charging case. The earbud LED should blink in red and blue alternatively.
2. If it doesn’t Blink in red and blue then you can press and hold the touch panel of either one of the earbud and it will blink in red and blue alternatively.
3. Search again for Bluetooth device in your device.It id doesn’t appear then you can try turn off and turn on the Bluetooth in your device settings.
4. Click on the the earbud in the available Bluetooth device to pair. once paired it will auto connect the next time when you take it out unless your unpair it.
Q: How to Factory reset?
A: Unpair your earphones. Take out Left earbuds only, Hold the touch panel for 8 seconds. It will blink red/blue first then blink 6 times in blue. Repeat the same to the other side.
Q: My earbud only can connect one side at a time. Can't connect both.
A: This may caused by the earphones are not TWS-Paired(Left-Right Pair) to each other. Please try TWS-Pair the earphones:
1. Unpair the earphones
2. Take out the right side only and double tap, blue led will blink fast
3. Take out the left side and do the same
4. Put both earbud near each other, after a while blue led will blink twice every 5 second after successful synced
5. try pair again to your phone
