After connected my speaker does not produce any sound?

Please check if you have selected the correct input mode. Press on the volume knob at the back of the Speaker to change mode.

What is the difference with S3000PRO

S3000 PRO is slightly bigger and more powerful.

My Remote control is not functioning.

Try change the battery for your remote control and try again.
