Q: I can’t control my Bluetooth speaker volume with my smartphones volume.
A: Disable “absolute volume” from your smartphones to solve this issue 1. Unpair your bluetooth speaker first. 2. Go to Settings. 3. Select “Additional Settings” 4. Select “Developer options” 5. Find and check on the “Disable absolute volume” 6. Restart your phone and try connect again
Q: My Speaker is connected but no sound.
A: Please check if your Speaker input mode has set to the correct input. You can change the input mode by pressing the volume knob at the back of the speaker or press the button on the remote control.
Q: My speaker volume very low when playing from bluetooth device.
A: Please tune up the bluetooth volume from your device to maximize the speaker Bluetooth performance.
Q: I can't find the speaker in my phone's bluetooth search.
A: Make sure your speaker has changed to Bluetooth mode (Blue LED). if still unable to find it, you can clear the speaker Bluetooth cache by press and hold the volume knob for 6 seconds. Then try search again.
Q: Can I connect my speaker to TV or PC?
A: Please Check your TV’s audio out port. if it matches the input port of the speaker then it can connect to your TV. You can connect to PC using the AUX to RCA cable.
Q: I hear noise coming from the speaker.
A: Edifier Speakers generate little noise, while the background noise of some audio devices are too high. Please unplug audio cable and turn the volume up, if no sound can be heard at 1 meter away from the speaker, then there is no problem with this product. some noises may be generated by the music file due to compression. Please test with high quality music file to ensure the best quality from the speaker.
